摘要
简要概述了加强群塔集中管理的必要性以及通用无线分组业务(general packet radioservice,GPRS)的应用现状;通过群塔系统的特点分析,提出基于GPRS的群塔数据无线传输方案,解决了工地监控中心与远程群塔集中管理中心的通信问题;然后从软硬件两方面完成基于GPRS技术的群塔数据传输终端设计,并且对基于GPRS网络的无线数据传输系统进行调试,根据调试结果对软件进行了修改完善,最终实现了数据的可靠传输.
The imperatives of centralized tower crane management and advances of GPRS technology are first summarized in this paper. By analyzing the tower crane system, a GPRS-based wireless data transmission approach is proposed to resolve the communication between on-site monitoring center and remote management center. Afterwards, the data transmission terminals are designed in terms of hardware and software. Mean- while, a wireless data transmission system is tested using a GPRS network. Based on the debugging results, the data transmission reliability is finally realized through software improvement.
