摘要
为了提高脱绒棉种颜色分选系统的精确性、稳定性和选种效率,对脱绒棉种从振动喂料器下落通过V型溜槽至传感器光束聚焦点这一过程进行动力学和运动学分析,推导建立了有关溜槽截面形状、水平倾角和长度的约束方程。根据研究结论设计搭建了一个单通道脱绒棉种实验台架,并基于此台架进行了分选试验。试验结果表明,分选平均准确度达到98.7%,而且变异系数较小,能够满足加工环境下生产的要求。
To increase accuracy,stability and seeds selection efficiency in color sorter system of delinted cottonseeds,the dynamic and kinematic characteristics of delinted cottonseeds were analyzed in the whereabouts process of delinted cottonseeds from groove end to sensor focus,and constraint equations related to the cross sectional shape,horizontal angle and length of groove were established.A single channel test bed was designed according to the research conclusion and correlative sorting experiments were carried out based on the test bed.The experimental results show that the average accuracy of sorting reached 98.7%,the aberrance coefficient was low and it could satisfy the production request under the machining environment.
