摘要
育苗播种机是设施农业生产的关键技术装备。本文根据工厂化育苗农艺要求,提出了吸嘴抛振式精量播种机的设计方案,介绍了其结构特点及工作原理,设计并计算了其主要结构参数。播种试验表明:该机单粒率达97%,重播率小于2%,空穴率小于1.4%,完全满足穴盘育苗精量播种的技术要求。此外本机通过更换不同型号的吸嘴,可实现对水稻、蔬菜、瓜果、花卉、林木等作物种子的精量播种。
According to the demands of industrial seedling of agronomical,this paper puts forward a design of Throw-Vibrating Inspil-Ation Needle Precision Seeder.Structural characteristics and Working Principle of the device has been introduced recently,also the main structural parameters has been determined.Cotton seeding of experiments in the plastic house show that the single seed rate is 97%,the resowing rate is below 2% and the empty hole rate is below 1.4%.These completely meet the technical requirements of Plug-Seedling Precision Seeder.The device,just by replacing the different type of the needle,can be used for seeding different plants such as rice,vegetable crops,flowers,forest trees etc.
