猪AIBP基因的克隆与组织表达谱研究

Cloning and Sequence Analysis of Swine AIBP Gene

扩增了猪AIBP基因CDS和3′端,测序得到全长935bp的cDNA序列,NCBI登录号为DQ826508。猪AIBP基因编码288个氨基酸,与牛、人、鼠的AIBP氨基酸序列的相似性分别为94%、90%和87%,含有1个YjeF-N保守结构域,有信号肽序列。组织表达分析表明猪AIBP在背最长肌、心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏、卵巢、子宫、睾丸、胚胎和脂肪等组织均有表达。

A new swine gene was cloned by using SMART-RACE and PCR. The full-length cDNA contains 935 nucleotides with GenBank accession number DQ826508.1. Sequence analysis showed that the gene encode 288 amino acid residues, with a conserved domain YjeF_N. The derived amino acid sequence of the gene has high homology with the AIBP of bovine （94 % ）, human （90 % ）, and mouse （ 87 % ）. The tissue expression analysis indicated that the swine AIBP gene was not only expressed in Longissimus dorsi muscle, but also expressed in the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, ovary, uterus, testis, embryo and adipose tissue.
