粘性糊料冲击压实的离散元数值模拟

摘要 针对粘性炭素糊料扎固研究的不足,在颗粒运动规律和密实形成机理的基础上,建立了糊料动力压实的离散元方程,推导了糊料颗粒堆积体的应力应变计算公式,分析了时间步长和阻尼参数的选取,并对糊料压实变形过程进行了数值模拟.通过离散元模拟糊料颗粒的相互作用,获得了粘性糊料在冲击载荷作用下的运动及受力情况,以及糊料在各个时刻的演化状态.通过模拟结果与试验数据的对比,论证了该数值模型的准确性,为研究糊料压实变形特性提供了参考. Taking aim at the deficiency of research on the impact compaction process of viscous carbon paste, a discrete element method (DEM) equation of the paste dynamical compaction is established on the basis of the particle movement law and dense packing mechanism. The stress-strain formula in the paste packing is derived and the selection of the time step size and the damp parameters are analyzed. The deformation process of the paste compaction is simulated. Through the simulation of the paste particle interaction, the movement, force distribution and the evolution of the viscous paste under the impact load are obtained. The comparisons of the simulation and experiment results demonstrate the accuracy of this calculate model. The results are valuable for the investigation of deformation properties in the paste compaction.
