Teaching appraisal is a complicated project. The traditional appraisal system restricted the advancing of education and teaching reform and went against the development of the school and the students. So the vocational school should reform and construct the new appraisal mode of ＂three aspects＂, ＂four characters＂ and ＂five convertion＂.
