摘要
结合职技高师院校的学校特色、专业特点以及学生特长,从机制建设、思想教育、创新训练、职业技能、社会实践等五个方面,阐述了职技高师大学生素质拓展训练体系特色化重构的关键问题及一般规律,为职技高师大学生素质拓展计划的实施工作提供理论支持及参考依据。
Considering the school-running characteristics, specialty characteristics and students' special skills in teacher' s university of vocational technology, the key issues and the general law of characteristic reconfiguration of the quality development training plan are discussed, which including five aspects, namely mechanism building, ideological education, innovation training, vocational skills and social practice. The viewpoints proposed in this paper provide theoretical supports and reference for implementation of the quality development training plan.
