摘要
目前职业学校烹饪专业课程模式相对落后,烹饪专业课程必须重新定位。为此,必须通过构建新的课程模式——项目教学、任务驱动为主体的课程模式,加强理论与实践相结合,对烹饪专业进行教学改革,以满足企业和社会对烹饪专业的要求。
For the time being, as for secondary vocational schools, it's common to see teaching contents deviated from actual production, theory detached from practice and backward teaching models in course-teaching. There's no exception with the cuisine specialty. The cuisine specialty is not only theoretical but also technical and practical, also culinary skills are especially highly demanded by employers. The current situation requires that a new curriculum model is needed to meet the requirements of the society and to innovate the relatively backward curriculum model on cuisine specialty. Only with the help of the new curriculum model of project-teaching and task-driven-oriented curriculum model can we fulfill the task.
