关于袁编《中国文学史》一、二卷几个问题的商榷

The Discussion on the Questions of the Chinese Literary History I and II Volume Chiefly Edited by Yuan Xingpei

较之初版，袁行霈主编的《中国文学史》第二版在编校方面更加精益求精。然新版仍有不尽如人意处，就一、二卷中值得商榷的地方进行了探讨，认为其中有些引文讹误或欠妥，叙述有前后不一的现象，个别字和标点明显有误，并对所见诸问题提出一管之见，期望有益于古代文学教学和教材的再版。

The Chinese Literary History chiefly edited by Yuan Xingpei is more constantly improving in writing and proof in comparison with the first edition. But the edition still exists some problems and the paper discusses them. We think the problems fall roughly into three categories. First, some quotations are not right or satisfactory; Second, some statements in front and back are not uniform; Third, some words and punctuation marks are apparently wrong. We put forward our own opinions on the questions and hope the opinions are good for the teaching of the ancient literature and the future improvement of the teaching material,
