新课程政策的政治交易成本分析

摘要 基础教育课程改革是教育部于2001年启动的一项旨在全面推进素质教育的重大改革,其核心内容是通过调整改革,构建符合素质教育要求的新的基础教育课程体系。然而,新课程政策在实际执行中却出现了一系列问题,本文从政治交易成本的角度解析了新课程政策低效率的原因,并结合分析提出了几点建议。
