高级消防课程的发展与对策

On the Course Development and Training Strategies of Advanced Fire-fighting

自我国履行STCW78/95公约以来,高级消防专业培训已近十年,在此期间,与高级消防培训相关的国际公约、国内法规发生了较大的变化,国家海事局对高级消防培训已经提出新的要求。本文根据高级消防课程培训的现状和高级消防培训的发展情况提出了相关对策。

The advanced fire- fighting training has been exercised for 10 years since the beginning of the implementation of the STCW 78/95 Convention. In this duration,great changes have been taken place concerning the relevant international conventions, national laws and regulations, and the national Maritime Safety Administration has put forth new requirements. Based on the status quo and the development trend of the advanced fire -fighting training, this article exerts related strategies.
