摘要
退休教师是人才资源再利用的重要组成部分,本文通过对高校退休教师的特点分析,结合高校人才引进工作的现状,提出让退休教师参与高校人才引进工作,满足其自我价值再次实现的需求。
The retired teachers are an important part of reusing the university's human resources. Through analyzing the characteristics of the university's retired teachers, combining the actuality of importing talents, the article suggests the retired teachers participate in importing talents to meet the need of self-worth.
