甘草5种方法提取液对兔离体肠平滑肌的影响

Effects of Licorice Extracts by five Methods on Ex vivo Intestine Smooth Muscle in Rabbits

目的比较甘草5种方法提取液对兔离体肠平滑肌的影响。方法以兔离体肠平滑肌收缩频率、收缩幅度和张力为指标,采用BL-420E+生物机能实验系统,比较甘草5种方法提取液对正常以及乙酰胆碱作用下的兔离体肠平滑肌的作用。结果甘草5种方法提取液均能显著降低兔正常离体肠运动的幅度和张力(P<0.05);SBE、AE提取液组与其它组比较有更强的抑制作用,而两者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。5种方法提取液均能降低乙酰胆碱作用下离体肠管的张力(P<0.01)。结论甘草5种方法提取液对兔离体肠平滑肌均具有抑制作用,其中SBE、AE提取液的作用更强。

Aim To compare the effect of licorice extracts by five methods on the movement of ex vivo intestine smooth muscle in rabbits. Methods The contractive amplitude, frequency, and tension of ex vivo intestine smooth muscle in rabbits caused by licorice extracts by five methods were recorded with a BL-420E experimental system. Results Licorice extracts by five methods can depress the amplitude and tension of normal rabbits＇ex vivo intestine smooth muscle （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The SBE and AE extract groups produce better effect, but there is no remarkable difference between the two groups（ P 〉0.05 ）. The 5 licorice extracts can also depress the tension of ex vivo intestine smooth muscle after acetylcholine induced hyperkinesias（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion All the licorice extracts by the five methods can restrain the movement of rabbits＇ex vivo intestine smooth muscle, and the extract SBE and AE groups is more effective than that other three of the groups.
