HPLC法测定复方五仁醇软胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量

Determination of Schizandrol A in Fufangwurenchun Soft Capsules by HPLC

目的测定复方五仁醇软胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量。方法采用色谱柱ODS-C18,流动相甲醇-水(65∶35);检测波长250nm;流速:1.0mL/min。结果五味子醇甲在0.04～0.64mg.mL-1范围内线性良好,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.76%(n=6),RSD为1.18%。结论本方法重复性好、简便易行,可作为复方五仁醇软胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。

Aim To determine the content Schizandrol A in Fufangwurenchun soft capsules by HPLC. Methods The constituent was separated on a ODS-C18 column （Lichrospher ODS-C18 ,4.6mm × 250mm） ,using methyl alcohol -water（65：35 ）as the mobile phase, detected at 250nm, the velocity of flow at 1.0mL/min. Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.04 - 0. 64mg · mL^-1 for Schizandrol A, r = 0. 999 8. The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98.76% （ n =6, RSD = 1.18% ）. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid, and well reproducible. It can be used as a reliable determination method for the quality control of Fufangwurenchun soft capsules.
