摘要
通过对高山被孢霉发酵生产花生四烯酸的条件进行初步的研究,确定其最佳培养基组成以及温度、pH、碳源、氮源等因数的适合条件。摇瓶实验确定的最佳培养基组成为(g/L):葡萄糖60,酵母膏5,蛋白胨12,花生蛋白粉10,玉米油10,谷氨酸5。实验结果表明,采用最佳条件后,菌体质量达到36.95 g/L,油脂为13.38 g/L,花生四烯酸产量为4.86 g/L。
We investigated the fermentation of arachidonic acid by Mortieralla alpina. Some optimum parameters were obtained, such as temperature, pH, carbon source, nitrgon source and so on. The optimum medium contained(g/L): glucose 60, yeast extract 5, peptone 12, peanut protein powder 10, com oil 10, glutamate 5. Under the optimum cultrue conditions, the biomass, lipid yield and arachidonic acid were 36.95 g/L, 13.38 g/L and 4.86 g/L, respectively.
