Study on processing technology of ultramicro crab shells powder and their physico-chemical properties

摘要 将蟹壳清洗、干燥、初步粉碎后进行超微粉碎,通过正交实验方法确定最佳工艺条件。实验表明:超微蟹壳粉的最佳工艺参数为进料速度0.05 g/s,气流压力0.66 MPa,进料粒度600目和粉碎次数1次。由超微粉碎得到的粉体,比表面积增大,更易溶解于水,而且在水中的分散速度更快。 The crab shells were processed by super micron-milling after being washed, dried and preliminary milling, to explore the super micro-milling techniques and the powder's property. The best process parameters for shell's super micron-milling were determined by the experiments as: feeding speed 0.05 g/s, air press (feeding-press, milling-press) 0.66 MPa, feeding particle size 600 mush, and milling time once. The langmuir of powder produced by super micron-milling was increased and can be dissolved and dispersed in water easily and lastly.
