摘要
将大豆皂甙水解成其甙元大豆皂醇,研究二者抗结肠癌细胞增殖的作用。采用MTT比色法观察大豆皂醇对结肠癌HT-29细胞增殖的影响,采用TUNEL染色法检测其对HT-29细胞凋亡的影响。结果表明,大豆皂甙及皂醇可时间和浓度依赖性地抑制结肠癌细胞增殖和诱导细胞凋亡,且皂甙元的抗结肠癌作用略高于其糖甙形式,大豆皂甙可通过诱导结肠癌细胞凋亡发挥抗结肠癌作用。
Soyasapogenols were prepared by hydrolysis of soyasaponins and their inhibitory effect on proliferation and apoptosis of colon carcinoma cell was investigated. MTT assay was used to examine the proliferation of HT-29 cell, TUNEL method was used for analysis of cell apoptosis. The results showed that soyasaponins and soyasapogenols inhibited the proliferation and induced apoptosis of colon carcinoma cells in a time- and concentration-dependent manner, and sapogenols had a stronger anti-tumor activity than glucisides. It is suggested that soyasaponins could exert an anti-colon cancer effect via induction of apoptosis.
