摘要
窑归多糖(Angelica sinensis polysaccharide,简称ASP)是窑归的有效成分之一,具有增强免疫力,抑制肿瘤等药理作用。采用热水浸提法和微波辅助法提取窑归多糖,结果表明:热水浸提法提取效率高于微波提法。提取窑归根多糖的最佳工艺条件为:温度100℃,pH7.0,料液比1∶40,时间为2.5 h。通过比较窑归根和茎中多糖的含量,得知窑归多糖的主要分布在其根中。
Angelica sinensis polysaccharide(ASP) was one of the active ingredients in angelica sinensis, which can enhance immunity, inhibite tumor. This experiment extract ASP and preliminarily studied the regularities of ASP distribution in angelica sinensis by single factor test and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that solvent extraction was more efficient than solvent extraction. The optimum conditions were as follows: the extraction temperature is 100 ℃, pH 7.0, the ration between material and solvent is 1:40, the time is 2.5 h. Compared with the roots and stems of the polysaccharide content, the distribution of ASP was in the roots
