近几年来,在我国经济发达的农村地区,精英治村呈现普遍化发展的倾向,引起人们的关注。精英治村,一方面推动了农民脱贫致富、村民自治和社会事业发展,另一方面由于各种原因,也出现了滥用权力、政治领导水平不高等问题。这需要引起人们关注,并妥善解决。

It＇s an ordinary trend in the developed rural areas in recent years that more and more villiage elites have begun their administration of village. On the one hand, some of them can promote wealth accumulation in rural areas, enhance village autonomy and the development of public affairs. On the other hand, some of them have poor leadship and misuse their authority sometimes. To this problem, we should pay more attention and find out a solution.
