对管理学本质的追问

Exploring the Essence of Management Science

管理学学派林立,存在"理论丛林",重要原因之一就是管理学界对管理学的"管理是什么"、"管理学是什么"之类的本质问题存在种种不同规定和解释。文章结合管理学界相关研究,提出管理的本质即协调,协调个体人与群体人之间的利益关系;将管理分为管理原理与管理实践,其中的管理原理属于科学范畴,管理实践属于艺术范畴;考察管理学研究方法来深化对管理学本质的理解。

There are many schools and ＂theory jungle＂in the management science. One of the major reasons is that there are various different provisions and interpretations for such essential problems as＂what is the management＂and＂what is the management science＂in the management field. Combining with the academic research of the management, the article proposes that the essence of management is coordination, the coordination of interests between individual and organization. Management will be divided into the principle of management and the practice of management, and the principle of management is science while the practice of management is art. Meanwhile, the article tries to deepen the essence of management by the study of research methods.
