摘要
运用文献资料、实验设计与数理统计等方法,结合运动技能形成机制,在传统教学的基础上对背越式跳高技术进行了优化控制教学实验,通过对背越式跳高的主要技术环节设置信息标识进行优化控制,以加强反馈信息量与信息强度。实验结果表明此方法与传统教学法比较,有利于缩短教学周期,提高教学质量,优化教学效果,使教与学达到动态平衡。
Using literature material, experimental design and mathematical statistic and so on, binding the mechanism of, movement skill forming, this paper has carried on the optimum control teaching experiment in the traditional fosbery flop teaching. In order to get more information and achieve an optimual control to the fosbury flop teaching, the author sets up many information signs in the main technique links of fosbury flop. The results show that this method is better to reduce the teaching period and improve the teaching quality, compared with the traditional teaching method.
