网络环境下非正式群体的探究和思考

非正式群体是相对于正式群体而言的。它对个体的智力、个性的发展有着十分重大的影响。随着信息化社会的来临，学生越来越更深入地受到网络信息技术的影响，从而赋予了网络环境下的非正式群体以新的特点。本文拟从心理学、管理学的角度对非正式群体在网络环境下对个体发展的影响和作用及其教育和转化工作做动态之阐述。

Formal group is opposed to informal group,which has a great influence on individual intelligence and personality development. With the advent of the information society, students have been inflaenled more severely by network information technology, which gives the informal group with new features. This paper addresses important topics including the influence and the role of informal groups on individual development and the remold education work of informal groups from psychology and management＇s point of view dynamically.
