风险顺序数因果图的应用分析

Analysis of Application of RPN Cause-and-effect Diagram

为了弥补常用"因果图"对因果关系的描述只限于定性分析,以及"潜在失效模式及后果分析"较难形象、直观地看出各失效模式(后果)与其影响原因之间关系等不足,可将二者的优势互补,引申出"风险顺序数因果图"的统计技术。文章结合实际案例,对风险顺序数因果图进行了研究和探讨。

In order to make up some defects in the description of the cause and effect by means of cause -and -effect diagram which is often limited to qualitative analysis, as well as potential failure mode and effect analysis, which is hard to vividly and directly show the different potential failure modes and their effects, as well as the relationship among the influencing causes. During our work, we realize advantage complementary out of them, and introduce a statistical technology as we call RPN （ Risk Priority Number） cause -and -effect diagram. This paper has made some researches and explorations on this kind of RPN cause - and - effect diagram just based on some practical cases in our work.
