从150多家由不同机构管理的采供血机构,合并为41个由法国国家血液中心统一管理的血站,法国在血液管理领域经历了大刀阔斧的改革。本文从采供血机构的规划设置、献血管理、临床用血三方面系统介绍了法国在血液管理方面取得的成绩以及经验。

The administration of blood in France has drastically made sweeping changes. 150 institutions under the control of different organizations responsible for taking and supplying blood were incorporated into 41 blood agencies under the unified management of Blood Center Nationales de France. In this article, the achievement and experience in the administration of blood in France would be systematically introduced, including the planning establishment of the institution responsible for taking and supplying blood, the administration of blood donation, and the clinical use of blood.
