摘要 通过不同类型环氧树脂复配,采用复合固化体系和"海岛结构"型增韧剂,使用聚合物合金技术,制备出桥梁混凝土节段粘结剂,固化物呈"海岛结构"微观形貌。对产品的热变形温度、耐久性等进行了研究。性能测试表明:该产品适用时间长,早期强度高,粘结强度高,热变形温度在60℃以上,湿热老化性能好,符合节段粘结剂的技术要求。 Epoxy adhesives in precast concrete segmental bridge construction are prepared by epoxy alley technique. The microcosmic structure is in a "sea-island" pattern. The properties like hot distortion temperature and ageing performance of the products are studied. The results show that the adhesives can meet the technological requirements of structural concretes for long life-time, high early-strength and adhesive strength, thermal distortion temperature of over 60℃, and good aging performance.
