Data warehouse and data mining is an information technology. However, it is a quite new subject for mining enterprises to adopt the data warehouse and data mining technology. The paper presents its basic theory and introduces the specific procedure and strategy for mining enterprise informatization and the application of data mining technology in mining informatization, which can well solve the issue of mining information re-use.
