摘要
以氰化物的吸附率为指标,筛选出D261大孔吸附树脂。考察了溶液流速和浓度对D261树脂吸附氰化物的影响,确定了解吸条件,并用红外光谱法初步探索了吸附的机理。结果表明,D261大孔树脂能有效地吸附简单氰化物,动态饱和吸附容量为26.64 mg/mL湿树脂。采用中性解吸剂NaCl解吸率可达99%以上。D261大孔树脂对氰化物的吸附量大,解吸率高,操作简单、无潜在二次污染,是很有工业应用前景的回收氰化物的树脂。
D261 macroporous adsorption resin is screened out with the cyanide absorption rate as the index. The effect of solution flowrate and concentration on the cyanide adsorption of D26 resin is investigated, the stripping conditions are determined and the adsorption mechanism is preliminarily explored by infra-red spectrometry. The results show that D261 macroporous adsorption resin can effectively adsorb simple cyanide and its dynamic saturated adsorption capacity is 26.64 mg/mL wet resin. The adsorption rate can be over 99% when a neutral strippant is used. D261 maeroporous adsorption resin has the advantages of large adsorption capacity, high stripping rate, simple operation and no potential pollution and therefore, has good industrial application prospect for recovering cyanide.
