摘要
本文介绍了一个基于ＥＣＬｉｎＰＳ数字集成电路和ＥＣＬ延迟线的高速门控时钟信号发生器。使用这种门控时钟发生器可以有效地解决一些数字系统的同步问题。文中给出一个应用实例，其同步误差小于３０ｐｓ。
This paper introduces a high speed gated clock generator based on ECLinPS family ICs and ECL delay line. High performance system synchronization can be got for some applications with this kind of gated clock generator,and an example of application is given in the paper,it'sstandard deviation of synchronous error is less than 30 ps. (
