摘要
本文重点介绍研制的同步辐射Ｘ射线入射强度实时在线监测系统。
This paper introduced an intensuty monitor of synchrotron radiation with real time on line. This system is consist of ion chamber, electronics and flow gas system. The measured results of the system have been given out.(
