摘要
本文介绍了一个１６通道的程控时间延迟ＶＭＥ插件。该插件将用以正在日本高能物理国家实验室建造的ＢＥＬＬＥ探测器的触发系统，其延迟信号的时间晃动的均方根值小于３００ｐｓ。
A 16 channels programmable time delay VME module is introduced in this paper. The module will be used for the trigger system of BELLE detector which is being constructed in National Laboratory for High Energy Physics (KEK, Japan). The time jitter ( σ ) of delayed signals is less than 300ps. (
