石灰石粉对水泥与高效减水剂相容性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用砂浆坍落扩展度的实验方法,通过对高效减水剂掺量的饱和点、水泥胶砂初始流动度和水泥胶砂流动度的经时损失等实验指标进行分析,评价石灰石粉对高效减水剂与水泥的相容性;并对石灰石粉改善水泥与高效减水剂相容性的原因与机理进行了理论分析。试验表明,增加石灰石粉的掺量、增大石灰石粉的比表面积,可以改善高效减水剂与水泥的相容性。 In the experiment of mortar slump flow on fluidity, the compatibility of superplasticizer with cement and ground limestone was estimated by the saturation point of superplasticizer and initial fluidity and the loss of fluidity in this paper. The test results indicate that the compatibility of superplastieizer with cement can be improved by increasing the content and fineness of ground limestone. The theoretical causes and mechanism of the improvement on the compatibility of superplasticizer with cement are analysed.
