摘要
X射线荧光分析仪具有分析速度快、检测元素广、精确度高、操作简便等优点,是现代化水泥企业质量控制的重要分析仪器。文章从样品的粉磨和压片制备参数的控制,从仪器稳定性和准确性验证,以及建立标准曲线和校正曲线等环节,逐一分析影响X-荧光分析仪检测稳定性和准确性的各种因素并提出了相应的技术措施。在此基础上,就Venus200 X射线荧光分析仪在浙江红火集团三条水泥生产线原料检测和生料配料中的应用情况,作了总结介绍。
X-ray spectrofluorimetry is an important analyser for modem cement quality control which has the strongpoints of quick analysis, extensive detecting element, high precision and easy operation. The paper analysed the factors affect the stability and veracity of X-ray spectrofluorimetry as parameters control of sample grinding and tablet pressing, inspection of the stability and veracity and building standard curve and correction curve. Finally, introduced the application of Venuas 200 X-ray spectrofluorimetry in three production lines of Honghuo Group.
