摘要
某水泥厂2台ф3.0m×11m闭路水泥磨实施磨尾掺加粉煤灰的技术改造,重点介绍了粉煤灰库位置的确定和粉煤灰库除尘方案、粉煤灰计量方案的对比和确定;同时对改造后运行中存在的问题(粉煤灰溢出计量和输送设备,粉煤灰库顶扬尘和其中一台水泥磨提升机扬尘严重甚至断链)及其处理措施,也进行了分析和介绍。目前该系统运行良好,粉煤灰的流量稳定、计量准确,且运行电耗较低。
Introduced the technical conversion of adding fly ash in the end of two 03.0 m×1 1 m close circuit cement mills, put emphsis on selecting the position of fly ash silo as well as the dedusting and metering. Additionally, introduced the problems in run after the conversion and the measures as fly ash overflowed the metering and conveying equipment, flying dust on the top of fly ash silo and one of the elevators broke down because of the serious flying dust. At present, the system runs well and the fly ash flows stably and is metered truly, moreover, the running power consumption is low.
