带蒂眼轮匝肌翻转术治疗严重下睑内翻

Using pediculated orbicular muscle grafting for severe lower eyelid entropion

目的评价带蒂眼轮匝肌转位术治疗严重下睑睑内翻的临床疗效。方法对我院门诊诊断严重下睑睑内翻106例(146眼)行带蒂眼轮匝肌翻转术。观察术后1周、3个月、12个月的疗效。结果术后12个月除失访14例(16眼)情况不明外,无复发者。结论带蒂眼轮匝肌转位术治疗严重下睑内翻具有较好疗效。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of using pediculated orbicular music grafting for severe lower eyelid entropion. Methods Totally 106 cases （ 146 eyes） of severe lower eyelid entropion had undergone pediculated orbicular muscle grafting surgery at outpatient department in our hospital. Follow-up visit time was 1 week,3 month and 12 months after the surgery. Results Except for 14 cases （16 eyes） lose follow-up visit,all the other cases had been observed for 12 months. No recurrence was found.Conclusion It is effective to treat severe lower eyelid entropion by pediculated orbicular muscle grafting.
