额肌瓣悬吊术治疗儿童先天性上睑下垂

Forehead muscle suspension for congenital blepharoptosis

目的探讨额肌瓣悬吊术治疗儿童先天性上睑下垂的适宜年龄。方法对51例(57眼)先天性上睑下垂额肌瓣悬吊术的临床资料进行分析。结果1～3岁20例(21眼),20眼矫正良好,1眼基本矫正:4～6岁21例(24眼),22眼矫正良好,2眼基本矫正;7～12岁10例(12眼),11眼矫正良好,1眼基本矫正。均无并发症发生。结论重度先天性上睑下垂,只要全身状况良好,1岁以上即可手术。中度者学龄前手术适宜。轻度者可在12岁以上局麻下手术。

Objective To investigate the adaptive age for the children of blepharoptosis with the forehead muscle suspension surgery. Methods 51cases （57 eyes） had accepted forehead muscle suspension surgery in our hospital, and the clinical date had been collected. Results In the 20 patients （21 eyes） aged less than 3yr,20 eyes had been well corrected. In the 21 eases （24 eyes） aged 4yr to 6yr, 21 eases （22 eyes）had been adujsted properly. And in the 10 eases （ 12 eyes） aged 6yr - 12 ys,ll eyes had been corrected properly. For all eases, no complication happened. Conclusion For the cases with serious blepharoptosis,the ehildren of 1 year old can accept this surgery if only in good health; the moderate ones can accept surgery before school age, and the mild eases are suggested to receive surgery under local anaesthesia after 12 years old.
