光-Fenton技术处理废纸制浆废水的动力学模型研究

摘要 在氙灯照射下,采用光-Fenton工艺对废纸制浆废水进行了处理,并对其反应过程进行了动力学模型的研究。实验结果表明:光-Fenton反应可有效矿化废纸制浆废水中的有机物,且其矿化过程符合一级反应动力学,速率常数与H2O2、FeSO4和温度有关,实验验证表明,动力学模型能很好反映光-Fenton工艺对废纸制浆废水TOC的去除。在本实验条件范围内,光-Fenton工艺处理废纸制浆废水的动力学方程为:-d[TOC/TOC0]/dt=1.7726×10^4exp(40.10/RT)[Fe[Ⅱ]]^-0.6051[H2O2]^0.6080[TOC/TOC0]. The treatment of wastepaper pulping effluents by photo-Fenton was carried out under the irradiation of xenon lamp, and its reaction kinetic model was investigated. The photo-Fenton technology has thereof been proved to be highly effective for the treatment of such effluents. Its reaction rate was related to Fenton reagent doses and temperature. The kinetic equation for the oxidation reaction well reflecting the TOC removal from wastepaper pulp effluents was established and expressed as follows:-d[TOC/TOC0]/dt=1.7726×10^4exp(40.10/RT)[Fe[Ⅱ]]^-0.6051[H2O2]^0.6080[TOC/TOC0].
