N乙-酰半胱氨酸对心肌梗死后细胞凋亡及心室重塑的影响 被引量:1

摘要 将大耳白兔随机分为假手术组、急性心肌梗死(AMI)组、N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)组。AMI模型制作成功后,给予NAC组NAC。4周后用心脏超声测左室收缩末期内径、舒张末期内径、射血分数、短轴缩短率,黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定血清超氧化物歧化酶总活力(T-SOD),硫代巴比妥酸法测定血清丙二醛(MDA)浓度。流式细胞仪测定梗死边缘区细胞凋亡率。结果与AMI组相比,NAC组左室收缩末期内径、舒张末期内径、射血分数、短轴缩短率明显改善;T-SOD活性明显升高,MDA含量、凋亡率明显降低。提示NAC可能通过抗氧化作用抑制梗死边缘区细胞凋亡,改善心功能及心室重塑。
