摘要
针对燃料电池并网发电系统对前级DC/DC变换器的要求,提出并研究了由Boost和推挽正激变换器(Push-Pull Forward Converter,简称PPFC)组合而成的两级式DC/DC变换器。由于推挽正激变换器工作于最大占空比,开关管和输出整流管电压应力小,有利于变换器的优化设计。分析了该变换器的工作原理,给出了电路关键参数的设计。500W样机试验验证了该设计的可行性。
Considering for the special demand of the front-end DC/DC converter in fuel cell power generation system,a two-stage DC/DC converter which consists of Boost converter and push-pull forward converter (PPFC) is discussed.As PPFC works at the maximum duty cycle, the voltage stresses on push-pull switching devices and rectifiers are low.This can optimize the design of the converter.The operation principle is analyzed, as well as design of key parameters.A prototype of 500 W output is built up and the experimental results verify the correctness of the design.
