摘要
提出适用于感应电机软起动的新型非对称Cuk交流斩波电路。在分析非对称Cuk斩波电路工作原理基础上,构建了分析电路动态性能的PSPICE仿真模型,通过与传统晶闸管交流调压电路、Buck斩波调压电路的输出谐波及转换效率对比分析,研制出基于AVR控制的15kW/25kHz的软起动器。仿真和实验结果表明,新型软起动器具有效率高,控制简单,成本低的优点,可应用于中小功率感应电机的软起动,替代常规晶闸管交流调压式软起动器。
A novel AC chopper with asymmetrical Cuk for soft-starting an induction motor is presented.The operation principle of the asymmetrical Cuk applied to AC chopping converter is discussed.The comparison and analysis of output harmonics and the converting effieiencies of three different converters among the proposed cuk chopper are carried out,a conventional cycle voltage regulator with phase-controlled thyristors and an AC chopper with Buck converter are analyzed by means of each simulation model under PSPICE environment.Based on the theoretical analysis and simulating resuhs,a 15 kW/25 kHz AC chopper combined with AVR has been built.The results show that the new AC chopper has many advantages,such as high efficiency,easy to control and low cost.It would be taken place of the traditional AC voltage regulator with thyristors in the mid-low power scale.
