一种基于量子控制模式的压电高压电源设计

摘要 压电变压器(piezoelectric transformer,简称PT)具有高功率密度、低电磁干扰和高隔离度的特点,使其在许多领域成为替代传统电磁变压器的一个极具吸引力的解决途径。针对高压脉冲电源充电这一应用领域,设计了一种基于量子控制模式的压电高压变换器。该变换器拓扑结构简单,能够吸收电路中开关器件的寄生电容,并具备零电压开关等优点,能工作在高频状态。给出了方案的设计实例,实测结果和计算结果一致,实际运行稳定可靠。 Due to its high power density,low EMI generation and high voltage isolation, piezoelectric transformer(PT) is an attractive solution to replace magnetic transformer in many fields.A novel Quasi-resonant PT converter for high voltage pulse capacitor charging is presented.The system has the advantages of simple structure, absorbing the parasitic switch capacitance and zero voltage switching.Therefore, this converter is suit to operate under high-frequency conditions.The design instance described that the real result is consistent with the calculated result.
