一种大功率可调光紫外灯电子镇流器的设计

摘要 针对大功率紫外C消毒灯,设计了采用驱动器UBA2014和微控制器PIC16F628的DALI数字调光320W电子镇流器。该镇流器具有预热、扫频启动功能,能实现定时预热以延长灯寿命,并有效防止灯头发黑现象。通过功率闭环控制的设计使该镇流器工作稳定可靠。并可根据具体消毒需要,利用数字可寻址照明接口(DALI)控制系统的调光功能实现对紫外灯功率的调节,有效减少了能源浪费。经实验验证,该镇流器结构简单,功能完善,工作稳定性较高。 320 W electrical ballast composed of U BA2014 and PIC 16F628 for high power ultraviolet lamp is proposed.The sweep startup and power closed-loop control strategy are applied in the ballast.According to the disinfect demands,the dimming function could be used to adjust the power of the ultraviolet lamp by digital addressable lighting interface.Experiment show this new ballast has the advantage of simple structure, perfect functions and high operating stability.
