ERCC1、MMP7和Livin在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨核苷酸切除修复交叉组1(ERCC1)、基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP7)和凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化二步法检测30例NSCLC患者癌组织及其癌旁正常肺组织中的ERCC1、MMP7和Livin表达。结果癌组织ERCC1、MMP7、Livin阳性表达率分别为53.3%、80.0%、70.0%,与癌旁组织比较,ERCC1表达无统计学差异;MMP7、Livin表达明显升高(P均<0.05);ERCC1和Livin表达与病理类型、淋巴结转移密切相关,MMP7表达与淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关。结论NSCLC组织中的ERCC1、MMP7、Livin表达与肿瘤的发展、浸润、转移有关,可作为判断肺癌进展的生物学指标,有助于判断预后。
