摘要
报道了氧分子离子注入表面形成的氧化膜对铸态金属α-U的抗腐蚀性能的影响。经注入和未注入试样的电化学、96℃饱和蒸汽腐蚀、50mg/1KCl溶液浸泡和室内大气环境下的腐蚀试验发现,氧分子离子单独和组合注入明显地改善了金属铀的抗腐蚀性能。X-射线衍射试验证实氧离子注入在试样表面形成了UO2保护层。
The effect of molecular oxygen ion implantation and co implantation with Cr, Mo, and Al ions on corrosion resistance of α phase depleted uranium is studied. It is found that corrosion resistances of α phase uranium were improved remarkably with ion implantation by the electrochemical tests,96℃(96 hours) saturated vapour corrosion, 25℃(20 days) 50mg/l KCl solution immersion and long expourse time in atmospheric environment. The X ray diffraction confirmed that the protective layer is UO 2 layer mainly.
