眩晕一病,病因多端,虚实夹杂。临床辨证常分为6个类型:肝阳上亢证、气血亏虚证、肾精不足证、痰湿中阻证、肝郁脾虚证、痰瘀交阻证,分别施以不同的方剂。在辨证论治基础上,掌握其辨证立法、选方用药的规律,有效组织,合理用药,灵活配伍,充分利用某些药物配伍后所产生的协同增效作用,使药到病除。用药配伍规律大致有:平肝潜阳,清脑熄风;健脾祛痰,利湿和胃;补气益肾,养血安神;滋阴补肾,填精补脑;活血祛瘀,化痰通络。

Vertigo has various causes and its sydromes are complicated with syndromes of exeess and defidency, hs clinical sydrome differentiation is commonly devided into six types： hyperactivity of liver yang, consumption of qi and blood, deficiency of kidney essence, retention of phlegm and pathogenic dampness in the spleen, stagnation 4 liver and deficiency of spleen, rerention of phlegm complicated with blood stasis, and those syndromes should be treated with different prescriptions, On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, a physician should master the laws of syndrome differentiation and treatment and the principle of drug administration, utilize drugs properly and flexibly, and take advantage of synergistic effect of drug compatibility to cure the diseases. The priciples of combining drugs mainly include soothing the liver and checking the exuberance of yang, clearing the mind and calming the liver; strengthening the spleen and removing the phlegm, dispersing danpness and harmonizing the stomach; nourishing qi to strengthen the kidney, recuperating blood and tranquilizing the mind; supplementing yin and nourishing the kindey, filling up essence and tonifying the brain; promoting blood drculation to remove stasis, diminating phlegm and dredging collaterals.
