摘要
通过对湘钢宽厚板厂3#加热炉脉冲燃烧工况烟气中NOX的研究,系统阐述在钢铁工业加热炉实际条件下测试NOX的方法。提出了在换热器后测试烟气中NOX的方案,避免了NOX探头直接接触高温烟气的问题。测试结果表明:在3#加热炉脉冲燃烧工况下,NOX排放量降低80%,这反映出炉内气体温度均匀性更好。
For the research of the change of NOX concentration on pulse combustion in the No.3 heating furnace of wide and thick steel plate factory in xiangtan iron and steel company,a method of the NOX measurement in heat furnace in iron and steel industry was presented,which is to measure NOX in gas after the heat exchanger in order to avoid use of probe in incandescent gas.The results show that the discharge amount of NO was reduced 80% and the gas temperature field is more uniformity on pulse combustion than that on proportion combustion.
