摘要
通过对上海电网线损工作现状及存在的问题等的调查与分析,重点阐述上海市电力公司开展线损精细化技术管理项目的必要性、指导原则、目标及目前实施的总体情况。
Based on the status quo and existing problems in line loss related work in Shanghai Power Grid, the necessity, feasibility, and importance of implementing the line loss delicacy project by SMEPC were discussed.
