摘要
介绍了华东电网基于EMS的静态安全辅助决策系统的模块组成和各项功能,重点对该系统的实用化作了分析,包括故障选择、控制区域选取、控制策略的制定、约束条件的优先级和罚因子的赋值,通过华东电网实例分析这些因素对于决策结果的影响。实际应用表明这些方法有效地提高了系统的计算速度、准确性和可靠性。
The EMS-based static security decision-making aid system for East China Power Grid was presented, including its composing modules and functions. Application of the system was analyzed in the aspects of fault selection, control area selection, control policy establishment, and determination of constraints priority and penalty factors. Practice showed that all the above factors could be used to improve the calculation speed, accuracy, and reliability of the system.
