Key technologies of digital substations and related engineering implementation

摘要 基于IEC 61850标准中描述的3层结构(变电站层、间隔层、过程层)而建立的数字化变电站是近年来电力系统的研究热点。文章阐述了数字化变电站的特征、整体结构以及国内外的研究概况;分析其实现过程中所面临的若干关键技术问题,并研究解决方案;最后,介绍了上海地区一个正在建设的110 kV数字化变电站的工程实现方案。 The digital substation, which is based on the three-layer structure (the substation level, the bay level and the process level) described in the IEC 61850 standard, has become the hot topic of power System study in recent years. The characteristics and structure of the digital substation, as well its related research both at home and abroad were illuminated. The key technical problems in digital substation implementation were analyzed, and relevant solutions were studied. The implementation scheme for a 110 kV digital substation in construction in Shanghai was recommended.
