平原滩涂海岸风电场建设几个问题的初步探讨

认为在我国东部平原沿岸地区风资源十分丰富。这些地区相继开发沿岸风电场。提出风电场建设会受土地利用、生态变化、潮水风浪、滩涂淤涨、滩涂围垦等多方面的影响,导致风电场建设存在许多的不确定因素和问题。技术问题则包括风电场防潮防浪、交通运输及设备施工吊装等。并提出实际处理措施。

Due to the abundant wind resource along the coastal mudflat wetland in eastern China, wind farms have been constructed in Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, and Shanghai. However, there are many uncertainties in wind farm construction because it is affected by various factors such as land utilization, ecological protection, mudflat evolution, and mudflat reclamation. Based on years of coastal wind farm construction experience, several important issues relat- ed were discussed and summarized.
