摘要
针对节能发电调度的特点,提出了基于集散模式的利益补偿机制,并提出了相应的数学模型,该模式规则透明,可操作性强,大大降低利益补偿操作的工作量,兼顾了各方利益,适宜于市场操作,可为节能发电调度的顺利推行提供参考。
According to the features of the energy-saving generation dispatching, a benefit-compensation mechanism based on. the collecting-distributing method was proposed, as well as the related mathematic model. With transparent rules and high maneuverability, the new proposed pattern can be used to greatly reduce the workload of the benefitcompensation manipulation and is suitable for market operation.
